Debra Flint, LCSW

she/her

Debra has been doing therapy work for 20+ years, and is excited to finally be opening her own practice. She is looking forward to being able to dedicate more of her time to healing work.

Therapy sessions are open to individuals or couples. Each person receives a unique mix of therapy styles, based on what works best for them. She practices Gestalt Pastoral Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, human-centered talk therapy, and EMDR. She has experience working with the LGBTQ community and is well versed in the WPATH guidelines for Transgender care.

Jasper Flint, MA

they/them

Jasper is a current PsyD student with a passion for providing humanistic, affirming care. They have provided therapy to a number of different populations, including those in partial hospitalization, patients in University clinics, and clients in private practice settings. They are experienced in providing gender affirming care, trauma informed support, and other specialized care in individual, group, and family settings. They see clients in Millvale and virtually.

Theresa Buczek, MA

she/her

Theresa is a current PsyD student at Point Park University. She received her Master’s of Arts at Penn State Behrend in Erie, PA. Theresa is certified in Applied Behavioral Analysis and works from a feminist, humanistic therapeutic framework. She has over 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families in school-based and community settings. Theresa strives to make her clients feel supported, valued, and empowered. She sees clients virtually and in the Millvale office.

Stelle Scott

she/her, they/them

Stelle is a graduate from Chatham University's Masters in Counseling Psychology in Pittsburgh, PA, She also holds a BA in Philosophy from Washington College in Chestertown, MD. She has experience primarily with young adults who are struggling with trauma, existentialism, depression, and anxiety. She spent her graduate internship facilitating group DBT skills learning at STAR-COSTAR and has a high appreciation for communal healing. Stelle operates primarily from a strengths-based, person-centered, and systems-informed perspective, but draws from other therapeutic approaches like expressive, nature, and narrative therapy. She sees clients virtually and in the Millvale office.
